The first product I received was this Made to Stay Foundation.

This high performance Liquid Make Up is action-proof and is enriched with an antioxidant complex. In addition to smooth coverage with a matt effect, the waterproof, velvety-light texture feels wonderfully pleasant on the skin. The formula creates a flawless complexion without leaving behind a mask-like effect.

This foundation is packaged in a gorgeous frosted pump bottle and comes in 4 different shades. The matt bottle gives this product a high-end look to it. On the bottle you can also find the claims of this foundation; Lasts up to 24hrs, Perfect Coverage, Mattifying and With Anti-Oxidants. For such an inexpensive foundation these claims caught my eye. The handy pump is a win for me as this keeps the foundation air tight and easier to dose. I absolutely loved the packaging of this product and I definitely think it’s a major eye catcher.

This product is a typical silicone based product. This product is very liquidy and this makes it easier to blend and apply. I prefer to apply two pumps of this product to my hand, either dot it all over my face and blend or apply it with a beauty blender. The product does not leave your skin feeling tight or uncomfortable. When wearing this foundation I hardly feel as if I have any product on my face. However I did find that this is definitely not a long lasting foundation and does not blend with ease. It left blurred lines and uneven patches around my nose and on the cheeks. This foundation unfortunately was a miss for me.

The second gorgeous product I received was this highlighter pen.

The Liquid Luminizer Strobing Pen with an accurate brush applicator creates brilliant highlights. The liquid, easy-to-blend texture is enriched with fine shimmer particles that capture and reflect the light. This makes the facial features stand out and gives the complexion a glamorous look.

This gorgeous highlighter comes in a twist pen applicator. It has a gorgeous shade of champagne on the pen, making this highlighter very eye catching. The tip of the applicator is a practical brush and the bottom of the pen has to be twisted in order for the product to come out.

This product is a thick liquid based product. It applies on the face so smoothly and blends so well. This highlighter leaves a gorgeous blend and shade of shimmer and sparkle. This liquid texture also allows for a great base application for your powder highlighters. I did however find that this highlighter tends to fade or lose its glimmer quickly and therefore a powder highlighter is needed to set this liquid product.

Statement Brows. Accurate, hair-thin lines are not a problem for the ultra slim automatic pencil with a fine brush. The texture is waterproof and longlasting. The mine has a diameter of 1.5 mm to perfectly define the arch of the brows.

This product comes in a gorgeous slim twist up pencil package. It’s a gorgeous nude colour with small writing. The one side of the pencil is the actual product and the other side is a good quality, solid spolie.

This is definitely one of my favourite products at the moment. I have this product in the colour 010 Light and it is absolutely perfect for my skin tone. The product applies so easily and allows for you to pay attention to detail with the tiny precise pencil. The precise pencil also allows for natural looking fine lines to be drawn into the eyebrow looking ever so perfect and natural. And it is WATERPROOF!

Matching Shades. The on-going contouring trend has reached the eyes! Nine perfectly aligned, highly pigmented, longlasting powder eyeshadows. Includes a matt contouring shade and a highlighting shade to ensure perfect contours for the eyes. Thanks to the combination of different colours, the palette offers various options for creating breathtaking eye make-up styles.

This product is packaged in an eyeshadow palette containing 9 shimmer/metallic eyeshadows. The two larger pans are “light” and “sculpt”. The writing on the front is in a gorgeous copper/ rose gold colour and is very eye-catching!

I found this product to be extremely pigmented and blendable. The colour are gorgeous shades of champagne to copper and rose gold. The really compliment the eyes and are long lasting shadows that don’t fade during the day. The only downfall I find with this palette is that there are absolutely no matte shades (as the write up claims) and this makes it difficult for that transition shade – as no transition shade looks good when its metallic. One matte shade in the palette would have been perfect!

Defining Doll. The new addition to the popular Glam & Doll Range, the Sculpt & Volume, defines each individual lash with its elastomer brush. At the same time, the deep black texture ensures XXXL-volume and a spectacular curl without making the lashes stick together.

This mascara is packaged in a gorgeous rose gold/ dusty pink mascara casing. The casing is the standard Glam & Doll packaging. The wand of this product is a thin but firm applicator.

This mascara is by far one of my favourites! I have heard mixed reviews on this product but in my opinion it is amazing!! I really find it lengthens and defines my lashes really nicely. What I love about the wand is the size and the firmness, as you can define and sculpt your mascara and eyelashes whichever way you want. It allows for you to be precise when applying the product.

OMBRE’ TWO TONE LIPSTICK – Please Tell Rosy 050

Ultimate Dimension. The creamy and soft, colour-intense texture with argan oil effortlessly brings the spectacular ombré trend to the lips. Two colours each, combined in a diamond shape, create a gorgeous finish with a colour gradient.

This lipstick comes in a standard black lipstick wind up package, with writing on the side.

The idea of this lipstick is just the BOMB.COM – the actual product is extremely moisturising and is long lasting. The colour I have this product in is called “Please Tell Rosy” number 050. I absolutely love the colour and the mixture of dark and light on the lips. The actual ombre’ effect on the lips is not that prominent. The dark does not really outline the lips while the colour stays on the inner of the lip. I also found that when apply to the bottom line you would have to turn the triangle lipstick around and this causes great difficulty! I just apply this product like a normal lipstick and then rub my lips together and it leaves an amazing colour on the lips!

Thank you Catrice SA and CosmetixSA for sending me these gorgeous products to try out! I loved them and had so much fun!

I hope you all enjoyed my honest and open reviews on each of the products!!
